Processing Time

All orders undergo processing within 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that shipments are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Each order is shipped with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress every step of the way.

Order Cancellation and Modification

Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request order modifications or cancellations. If changes are needed, please promptly contact our customer support at support@boxybe.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request within this timeframe. After the 24-hour period, orders may have already been processed and shipped, making it impossible to make any modifications. BoxyBe does not take responsibility for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Thank you for your understanding.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. If you haven’t received it, feel free to contact us at support@boxybe.com, and we’ll provide you with the tracking information. You can track your order using our tracking page.

Tracking Shows Order Was Delivered But Not Received?

If the tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members in case the package was delivered to them by mistake.
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email to ensure accuracy.
  3. Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery status and request proof of non-delivery.
  4. Send us the proof of non-delivery so that we can immediately issue a refund for your order.
