Returns And Refunds
You can request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:
Faulty Items
If the item you received is faulty or doesn’t work properly, take a photo or video showing the issue within 30 days of receipt. Once we process the evidence, we’ll issue an immediate refund without needing you to return the item.
Items Not As Described, Expected, Or No Longer Needed
If you want to return an item that isn’t faulty, contact us within 30 days of receipt to start the return process. We’ll provide a full refund after receiving the goods in their original condition and packaging. You have another 30 days to return the goods once you’ve informed us.
Sale Items
You have the same refund rights for sale items as you do for full-priced items.
We reserve the right not to refund a customer if the item is damaged due to self-repair attempts or repair by a third party.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Return Fee
There are absolutely no return fees. We do not charge restocking fees, and we cover the cost of returns as long as the items are returned in their original, unused condition.
